At most airports, however, several flights are handled at the same time at each desk (so-called common check-in). In that case, look for the number of the check-in desk specified in the airport information system and the class in which you are travelling. Desks designated “Baggage drop off only” are reserved for the drop-off of the baggage of those passengers who are using electronic forms of checking in, such as Internet Check-in or CUSS (self-serve check-in kiosk). At Prague Ruzyně Airport, other services offered by Czech Airlines are available for purchase, such as advantageous access to our Crystal Lounge or upgrades to Business Class. Notice: Report for the check in of your flight sufficiently in advance. At Prague Ruzyně Airport, check-in closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. On flights to Tel Aviv, check in closes 60 minutes before the flight. CUSS – Self-Serve Kiosks In line with worldwide trends, Czech Airlines is gradually introducing the possibility of self-serve check-in through so-called CUSS kiosks. The kiosks have very simple and intuitive controls and you can check in at them for most of your trips. Identification for your flight is possible with: A payment card or a card with a magnetic strip Passport with a machine-readable record Selected types of personal ID cards With the 2D bar code By manually entering your electronic ticket number By manually entering your OK Plus frequent flyer programme card number Then you proceed according to the dialogue offered by the kiosk, until the printing of your boarding pass or your travel itinerary. Currently, kiosks are available at the following airports: Prague Ruzyně (PRG) In the following destinations kiosk check-in is available through partners applications. Amsterdam (AMS) Brussels (BRU) Paris (CDG) Copenhagen (CPH) Dusseldorf (DUS) Stuttgart (STR) In the future, kiosks will be provided at more airports over time. Internet Check-in You can check in 24 hours before your flight at the earliest, and 35 minutes before the flight at the latest. You can not check in if you have a group reservation for 10 or more people. You can check in not only if you are just travelling with hand baggage, but also with baggage that requires being checked in to the aircraft hold. If you are only travelling with hand baggage, proceed directly to the departures concourse, to the departure gate, by the specified boarding time. If you are travelling with checked baggage, take it to a DROP OFF desk at least 35 minutes before departure.
